2026 Executive Board Elections:
Your vote is important to PCA Potomac. In accordance with Potomac’s Bylaws, we are providing two ways to vote for the 2026 PCA Potomac Executive Board Elections:
(a) electronically via ballot in Motorsportreg.com by midnight on December 6th, 2025
(b) in person at the Annual Meeting on December 13th, 2025. Details will be forthcoming.
The 2026 officer candidates, proposed by the club’s Nominating Committee, are presented 60 days prior to the meeting by Tuesday, October 14th, 2025. With the election of the president and vice-president voted-in for 2025 and 2026, only the treasurer and secretary are up for election this year. In accordance with the Bylaws, Past President Diane Sullenberger will automatically continue in her role for 2026.
If you would like to nominate an additional candidate for Treasurer or Secretary, please submit the name of your candidate, along with the endorsement of fifteen active PCA Potomac members, to the Nominating Committee Chair, Henrik Ojikutu, at henrik@pcapotomac.org, by October 26th, 2025.
Tire Rack Street Survival, Sunday, October 26 – STUDENTS, COACHES, AND VOLUNTEERS NEED TO SIGN UP NOW
In a little over 2 weeks, the Tire Rack Street Survival (TRSS) program will be held: Sunday, October 26, on the Washington Circuit of Summit Point Motorsports Park. We could accommodate a few more students. However, what we really need are 3-5 more coaches and 3-4 more volunteers to ensure an effective program for everyone.
TRSS is a one-day, hands-on, real-world driving skills program for young drivers. Students will have almost half a day in their own car with a PCA instructor, learning car control and safety maneuvers. These lessons will be reinforced in interactive classroom sessions.
The cost is $125 per student. Parents are encouraged to attend and participate in the classroom sessions. It's an invaluable real-time learning experience that saves lives. Past participants have told us that even teenagers who don’t think they will like – or need – the experience end up loving it.

PCA POTOMAC DRIVE & DINE to the BAVARIAN INN: Sat., Oct. 25th
Drive & Diners will gather at a location in Potomac, MD, then drive the beautiful back roads in Montgomery and Frederick counties heading to the Bavarian Inn Resort & Brewing Company, in Shepherdstown, WV. Registration is full. msreg.com/2025MDFallDrive

COMMUNITY SERVICE: Share the Warmth Coat Drive at the Drive & Dine to Morais Winery, November 9th. New and gently used coats will be collected at the Drive & Dine starting point. Meet the donation truck at 9am at InterSport Performance located at 19760 Ashburn Rd, Ashburn, VA 20147. All donated coats will benefit The Salvation Army, with all donations going directly to families in need.
PCA POTOMAC DRIVE & DINE MONTHLY BRUNCHES: All PCA members are welcome, this is a great icebreaker opportunity for new members. Plan on arriving a few minutes early to allow time to look at the cars and meet other Porsche enthusiasts. Registration is not required for this event.

PCA AUTOCROSS: Autocross #8 - Saturday, October 25th
Registration is open for our final Autocross event on October 25th, and there are just a few spots available. Spectators are welcome and/or try a Taste of Autocross, where you can ride with one of our coaches.
We’re fun, competitive, and Autocross is a great opportunity to learn car control skills at highway speeds. For any questions or registration concerns, email autocross@pcapotomac.org

The Tech Session will be held at Porsche of Silver Spring If you need an inspection, please arrive between 9:00 am and noon, and bring a printed copy of the Tech Form (link below). All are welcome to attend. It’s a great shop and the showroom has some fantastic items to see!

PCA FIRST SETTLERS REGION INVITES PCA POTOMAC MEMBERS
2nd Saturday Monthly Gathering
Join other members of PCA every second Saturday from 3-5PM at the Metro Diner in Fredericksburg. Hosted by First Settlers Region, all Porsche car owners regardless of your membership region are welcome. You will gather to socialize, discuss club events and all things Porsche.
